I've seen a couple of Rumeriana continent maps partially from the Anime website and Manga.
I can describe them to you. All of the continents outside of europe are closely joined together, The centre of all continents would be somewhere within the Stratocracy territory think of real-life Turkey (Istanbul). Centro would be Mediterranean.
